LAWRENCE P. LUTZ
Lawrence P. Lutz is originally from Springdale, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Springdale High School in 1974 and Princeton University in 1978. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law in 1981.

He and his wife, Judy, live in Buffalo Township, Butler County, and have four children: Brian, Kevin, Maria, and Melanie.

Larry originally began his practice with Berkman, Ruslander, Pohl, Lieber and Engel in Pittsburgh. In 1983, he moved his practice to Butler and has been there ever since. He has extensive experience in oil and gas, real estate, and general litigation. He has tried numerous cases in courts throughout Pennsylvania and other states. Larry is also admitted to practice law in West Virginia.

MICHAEL J. PAWK
Michael J. Pawk was born and raised in Butler. Mike graduated from Knoch High School in 1981. He attended Colgate University, where he graduated with a B. A. in Economics in 1985. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Dickinson School of Law in 1988. Mike served as an Assistant District Attorney for Allegheny County from 1989 to 1991. Since then, Mike has been in private practice in Butler County.

Mike has concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, oil and gas law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal litigation. He has been a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Allegheny, and Butler County Bar Associations. Mike is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State Courts, as well as before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Butler Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism and the Endowment for Butler County.

Mike and his wife, Georgia, have three children: Max, Cassie, and Tori.
REBECCA L. BLACK
Rebecca L. Black graduated from Burrell High School in 2003. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in December of 2006. Rebecca received a Juris Doctor Degree with distinction from Ohio Northern University in May of 2010, and was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in November of 2010. Rebecca is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Rebecca joined Lutz Pawk & Black in 2011, and currently concentrates her practice on criminal and civil litigation. Rebecca is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Butler County Bar Association.
